Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from our fulfillment centers in Hong Kong and mainland China, depending on product availability.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders quickly, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed. You can, however, return the order for a refund once it arrives.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
During holidays or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after it has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Our prices are tax-free, meaning you may be subject to import duties or local taxes once your package arrives in your country.
These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs delays.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us immediately at support@fonduehaven.com with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a short description of the issue.
We will work quickly to make things right.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by card, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received.
If you haven’t seen the refund yet, contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
